The Thera-Band Hand and Finger Trainer Complete Set is a set of six elastic resistance sheets and the appropriate rings. The hand and finger trainer is used for the rehabilitation after a medical intervention at the hands or the wrists. It simplifies progressive stretching exercises of the hand and the wrist as well as functional finger exercises, like nipping.
