Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights
The Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights can be used as ankle and wrist bands to train the leg and arm musculature. Within the weight wristbands, weights are placed which make the training more intensive. The Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights are available in three weights.

These Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights provide extra weight during the training of the upper and lower extremities. The ankle and wrist cuffs have an ideal fit and do not irretate the skin. The additional weight at the wrists or ankles increases the intensity of the training and strengthens the arm and leg muscles. This makes the Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights suitable for endurance training, but also for training of the balance. Furthermore, they are used during rehabilitation in the practice or at home.
The Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights are delivered in pairs of two and are available in three weights:
- Red: 0,5 kg
- Green: 0,7 kg
- Blue: 1,1 kg
