Thumb orthosis to stabilize the thumb saddle and thumb base joint. The open frame in combination with a unique closure concept makes the orthosis thin and inconspicuous. The frame is made of aluminium, extremely stable and at the same time easy to form. The elementary function of the hand is retained.
Indications:
- Immobilization of the saddle joint in case of rhizarthrosis
- Osteoarthritis of the radial metacarpal and thumb
- Radial or lateral ligament injury (ski's thumb)
- Sprains and strains
