The Crossmaxx Total Core Trainer is connected to the rack by a plate with two bolts. It consists of two different parts; one solid part that is connected to the rack and a second part that is connected to the first one by hinges. This gives the Total Core Trainer freedom to move in every direction.
The tube of the Crossmaxx Total Core Trainer is suitable to shove a Core Trainer into. This is fastened by using the knob on top of the tube. The Total Core Trainer can be attached to the racks in different spots. It is suitable to perform different exercises.
