This ball can be used to increase your balance, coordination, flexibility and strength.
These balls are being used by Pediatricians and ENT's as aid during vestibular movement therapy and balance exercises. Furthermore fitnessinstructors make use of the ball by incorporating it into flexibilty and strength exercises. Even pregnant women or people with back problems use the ball during their work-out.
Cando-balls have a anti-slip surface made of PVC vinyl that is ribbed for extra security and grip. The ball can be inflated lightly so it feels soft and comfortable or inflated harder so that it feels more compact and can be bounced to use for ball games, etc.
The ball can support a weight of up to 275kg. The ball will be delievered in a polybag.
